CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and require you to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that cancellations be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled appointment price, which will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time reserved for your appointment.
